We called in for breakfast on our way to Sydney. The food was really hot, fresh and actually tasted very nice. The mega wrap was delicious. The place was very clean and they had staff wiping tables and chairs and emptying bins. Only 2 stars for sevice as you have to serve your self and the system kept freezing, meaning you had to use another terminal.

Just had an absolutely epic burger stop on my road trip! This Hungry Jack's right off the M1 is a total game-changer. Seriously, their burgers are next-level delicious. I'm already planning my next pit stop just to get another one. The taste was so amazing, I could have eaten two! It's the perfect fuel for a long drive, and the service was super quick too. Packed due to school holidays, but they did pretty well considering the masses. Would've been 5 stars but there were so many flies in the restaurant.

I want to give a shout out to Mariah who helped serve our food when there was a problem with the in-app purchase. She took it upon herself to resolve this issue with kindness and care. This type of quality service is rare to see and I hope she and this hungry jacks location all the best. Great service to Mariah - 6/10/25 at 7:30pm

Have stopped here plenty of times on trips through to sydney. Only issue has been long wait time, but expected when it gets quite busy at this location. Food is usually good, fast and relatively clean.

We stopped for a quick take out while on our long drive from Sydney around 1am. This lady on the counter with left arm tattoo was so nice. She provided everyone with good service and warm energy despite being on graveyard shift. She noticed that I am pregnant and given me a nice cup of ice chips with our order. Such a relief for the long drive! She also had helped every guy to find the toilet very willingly. Shout out to you momma! Ur doing so great at your job. May God bless you!

Stopped on our way home, nearly didn’t because of the bad reviews. Wednesday night 7pm. The store was clean, staff friendly, food hot fresh and tasty. Chips were fresh crispy and nicely salted. Bathrooms clean

Melissa is absolutely amazing!!! Made my visit a pleasant one and she made sure I got what I wanted to eat. Haven’t been to hungry jacks in ages but if the company has more like Melissa in their midst then I will come back.
